Processing Times For Orders
Possum Crafts is a one person shop, which means that all orders are processed and packaged by me. Due to this orders can take from 2-5 business days as most products need making/printing first. There may be delays at times due to public holidays or busy periods such as Christmas.
If you need an item by a specific date, please drop me an email at lanniepossum10@gmail.com and I will see if this can be accommodated before placing your order.
UK Orders
Domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class by default, which does not include any tracking information. However if you require tracking please select the Express Shipping option at checkout which will be sent Tracked 24.
International Orders
International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard by default, which does not include a tracking number. If you would like tracking information for your order, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout which will then be sent with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Please note that international delivery times vary greatly at the moment, with many delays occurring.
At the time of writing delivery estimates are as follows:
Europe: 2-4 weeks
USA: 4-8 weeks
Rest of the world: 6 weeks
If you are an international customer please wait at least 8 weeks from the dispatch date before contacting about an order not arriving.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
